How to Understand Donna Donna Measurement Online

We provide measurements for all our garments, to help you better assess the fit.

Bust

We measure full way across the garment where your bust would be and times by two to get the full diameter

Waist

We measure full way across the garment where your waist would be and times by two to get the full diameter

Arm Width

We measure across the sleeve of the garment to get the width.

Hips

We measure full way across the garment where your hips would be and times by two to get the full diameter

Length

Starting from the very top of the dress all the way down / for the full length – same with pants and skirts.

TIP! The best way to get an idea of how it will fit is to measure a top or dress you already own, and like the fit of, to compare.

What Range of Sizes do you Carry?

Most items come in a range of S/M, L/XL and XXL.

We try to create pieces that are more fluid and free of sizing restraints.

All sizing is outlined within the product listing, and of course, we are always here to help if you need us.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and AfterPay.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

All orders are sent via Australia Post regular mail service. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is ready for dispatch.

Australia:

$10.90, or FREE on orders over $159!

We also offer Express Shipping for $14.90

New Zealand:

$28.90 for a standard small package (3 items)

$45.50 up 1kg (5 items )

What Is Your Refund Policy?

Full Priced Items:

You able to receive an online credit, exchange or full refund as long as the item returned is unwashed, unworn, with the tags attached and free of smells (perfume, smoke etc)

Sale Items:

Eligible for online credit only, when the item is sent back unwashed, unworn, with the tags attached and free of smells (perfume, smoke etc)

Faulty Stock:

Please reach us at hello@donnadonna.com.au with photos of the fault so we can fix this up for you right away.

How do I open a wholesale account so I can order for my store?

What is the minimum order value for wholesale orders?

Your first order minimum is $600. After your initial order, the minimum is $350, allowing you to grab a few top ups as needed.

What about freight?

Freight will be calculated once all items are confirmed and added to your invoice. We use Australia Post, Fastway and TNT, per your preference.
