RETURNS POLICY

In order to give you peace of mind when shopping we offer a full 14-day refund from the date of purchase or a full credit on returns within 30 days of purchase.

The returned item is subject to the following;
  • The item is returned in the original condition, have no signs of wear or tear and no odours.
  • All tags must be attached as they were when the item arrived to you.
  • Original receipt.

If you have purchased a reduced or sale item, you will receive a store credit to use online or at one of our 4 Donna Donna stores. The Item must be returned within 30 days from receipt, along with the proof of purchase.

How to return

  • Return in original packaging to 60 Spinnaker Way, Corlette, NSW 2315. Along with all your details.
  • Full name.
  • Phone number.
  • You are responsible for the return of your package and we highly recommend sending via registered post or a tracked courier service, so you can keep track of your item.
  • We do not take responsibility for lost parcels.
  • Upon receiving your return, we will assess your item and process your refund or store credit within 3 business days of receiving your parcel. We will notify you via email once your return has been completed.
